What does standard shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs $9.99 in the United States. Orders of $95.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping; express shipping costs $13.00 where offered at checkout.
When can I request a return?
Request a return within 30 days under the conditions in our Refund Policy. Contact support@delawareworkwearchicago.com before sending an item back so the request can be reviewed.
Who pays return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping except when Delaware Workwear made an error. There is no restocking fee under the store's return terms.
