Refund policy

1. Return window

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact support@delawareworkwearchicago.com before sending an item back so we can review the request and provide the next steps. Include your order number and the item concerned.

2. Return shipping and fees

The customer pays return shipping except when Delaware Workwear made an error. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please package a return so it can be received and identified; keep the shipping record until the request is resolved.

3. Review and refund

We review returned items against the request and the order record. If a refund is approved, we will tell you how it will be processed. Contact us if the item received differs from the order or arrived with a problem so we can review the issue.

4. Return address and help
